You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, in its original condition, and the original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) is required.

Include the following:
– Your order number;
– The reason for the return;;
– Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will reply within 2-4 business days with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
– Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
If you received a damaged or faulty item:
– Contact us immediately with photos and order details.
– We will evaluate and, if valid, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
The following items are *not eligible* for returns:
– Used or damaged products not due to a manufacturer defect
– Items returned without original packaging
– Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
